Refund policy
1. Overview
At Seed the Shop, all our products are custom-made on demand and produced specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive a high-quality product and will offer a refund or replacement under specific conditions.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept return and refund requests only within 5 business days of receiving your item. After this period, all sales are final and non-refundable.
A return or refund request will only be accepted if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted due to an error from our production partner, Printify.
- You receive the wrong item or incorrect design due to a fulfillment mistake.
- The package is lost in transit, and tracking confirms non-delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size or color ordered (please review size charts carefully before purchasing).
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs.
• Minor variations in print alignment or color due to the printing process.
• Items marked as Final Sale or discounted promotions.
If you have any concerns about your item before purchasing, please contact us for assistance. We can provide real life pictures and videos upon request.
4. Restocking Fee & Return Costs
• If a return is approved due to customer error (e.g., incorrect size or color ordered), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect due to Printify’s error.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a return, refund, or replacement:
1. Contact us at seedtheshop@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your item.
2. Provide:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item showing the defect or error
• A brief description of the issue
3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and determine eligibility.
4. If approved, we will provide:
• A replacement at no additional cost or a refund (minus restocking fee 15%).
Please note that we don’t provide a return shipping labels due to the specifics of the business.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
6. Refund Processing
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
• Please allow additional time for banks or credit card providers to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at seedtheshop@gmail.com.
7. Order Cancellations & Modifications
• Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent into production. Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify orders after they have been processed.
• Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping provider directly.
• If tracking confirms non-delivery, we will work with Printify to issue a replacement.
9. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, provided that the item is in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
